Complex geometric shapes, intricate contours, minimal radii or the tiniest of holes? Super-precise wire erosion, ultra-precise die-sinking and start-hole erosion - we can do it.
Eroding manufacturing process
Depending on the CNC eroding system used, up to 100,000 load/unload changes per second are possible. This enables us to manufacture workpieces efficiently and with the highest precision. Our machinery enables all possible erosion processes: Die-sinking EDM, wire EDM and start-hole EDM.
Die sinking - for the most complex 3D shapes
Modern technology enables us to produce complex, high-precision, three-dimensional contours.
Wire EDM - for the most intricate contours
We use wire erosion to produce very fine and complex industrial components with a high surface quality - virtually without the use of force.
Start hole EDM / Drill hole EDM
Eroding of starting holes for subsequent wire erosion. Air holes and cooling holes can be drill-eroded.

Advantages of the eroding process
- enables extremely narrow cutting widths - even with large material thicknesses
- minimum tolerances of ± 0,002mm
- Processing of all conductive materials - regardless of the degree of hardness
- Highest dimensional accuracy and precise shape accuracy
- Complex components with special geometries can be realized
- Complex surface structures possible
- Production of sharp-edged holes and pockets
